Warehouse & Inventory Custodian

Responsibilities

• Receive company assets and inventory, ensuring quantities and specifications match purchase orders
• Organize inventory within the warehouse for efficient storage and accessibility
• Issue inventory and assets to Operations, fulfillment partners, and retail stores against approved requests
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records and monitor minimum stock levels
• Conduct periodic and annual physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records
• Safeguard company assets against damage, loss, or misuse
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory movements, asset utilization, and stock levels

Requirements

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments
