Warehouse/Inventory Clerk

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and scheduled cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Run reports and complete cycle count entries in inventory systems
• Assist with inventory adjustments and discrepancy resolution
• Provide backup support for the Receiving Clerk as needed
• Pull and stage orders for shipment and process assembly kits
• Assist with packaging, preparing, and loading shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and storage locations with precision

Requirements

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize materials up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems
