Warehouse & Inventory Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to receive, move, stage, and ship critical infrastructure
• Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming hardware to ensure shipments are accounted for and ready for deployment
• Pick, pack, and deliver parts quickly and accurately for technicians and engineers
• Maintain an organized, clean, and deployment-ready warehouse to ensure efficient material flow
• Support inventory counts, stock replenishment, and asset tracking with precision
• Assist with packaging, returns, RMAs, and other warehouse operations while identifying efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or construction environment
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to become certified
• Physically active and able to work on your feet
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-moving environments
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Experience with barcode scanners
• Experience in shipping and receiving or inventory control
• Experience with data center hardware or high-growth operational environments
