About the Company
Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive-scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software to accelerate the frontier of AI.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to receive, move, stage, and ship critical infrastructure
- Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming hardware to ensure shipments are accounted for and ready for deployment
- Pick, pack, and deliver parts quickly and accurately for technicians and engineers
- Maintain an organized, clean, and deployment-ready warehouse to ensure efficient material flow
- Support inventory counts, stock replenishment, and asset tracking with precision
- Assist with packaging, returns, RMAs, and other warehouse operations while identifying efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or construction environment
- Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to become certified
- Physically active and able to work on your feet
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-moving environments
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Experience with barcode scanners
- Experience in shipping and receiving or inventory control
- Experience with data center hardware or high-growth operational environments
