Warehouse Intern

Responsibilities

• Execute effective stock movements, including receipts and issues into the warehouse and production lines
• Manage inventory using SAP in real-time to ensure same-day processing
• Ensure supplier deliveries meet contractual quality and quantity commitments
• Perform regular stock counts and daily cycle count reconciliations to investigate variances
• Maintain warehouse compliance with standard operating procedures, security policies, and health and safety rules
• Monitor and report on blocked stock and manage returns to suppliers
• Support the planning and implementation of warehouse projects and manage consumable stock levels

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma, preferably in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 12 months of functional expertise in warehouse management processes
• High level of computer literacy; SAP knowledge is a significant advantage
• Strong numeric skills with a high degree of data accuracy
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
