Warehouse Intern

Responsibilities

• Control, register, and archive warehouse documentation according to company guidelines
• Code incoming merchandise and register it in the warehouse management system
• Classify, organize, and locate materials in the warehouse to ensure quick retrieval and correct rotation
• Prepare dispatch guides and delivery orders, preparing and dispatching requested merchandise
• Perform partial and periodic inventories, reconciling physical stock vs. system and reporting differences
• Safeguard merchandise and ensure correct storage, conservation, and security
• Comply with established internal norms, procedures, and controls
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the warehouse and work areas

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role or function
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills to maintain warehouse order
• Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team
• Proactivity in identifying and communicating material needs
• Commitment to achieving warehouse area objectives
