Warehouse Install Delivery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the on-time delivery of HVAC installation department jobs
• Coordinate with Install and Sales departments to translate sales orders into material management orders
• Organize and oversee the accurate securing of all necessary materials for various install teams
• Plan time and fuel-efficient delivery routes to job sites within company standard times
• Oversee a team of delivery drivers to ensure consistent execution of delivery standards
• Manage warehouse inventory by posting materials used to appropriate jobs and returning excess items to warehouse locations

Requirements

• Proven management and team-building skills
• Experience operating a forklift
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely
• Strong time management and ability to multitask under pressure
• Excellent oral communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work longer shifts as needed
