Warehouse Install Delivery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the on-time delivery of HVAC installation materials for AM and PM shifts
• Coordinate with Install and Sales departments to translate sales orders into material management orders
• Organize and oversee the accurate securing of all necessary materials for various install teams
• Plan time and fuel-efficient delivery routes to meet company standard delivery times
• Oversee a team of delivery drivers to ensure consistent execution of delivery schedules
• Manage warehouse inventory by posting all used materials to appropriate jobs and returning excess items to correct locations
• Provide technical support and secure additional parts needed for current and future installation jobs

Requirements

• Proven management and team-building skills
• Forklift experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Excellent oral communication and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Flexibility to work longer shifts as needed
