Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials and finished products
• Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP), safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency
• Manage warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely order fulfillment
• Oversee inventory control, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports on warehouse performance, and support internal and external audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management
• Mandatory experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and quality compliance standards
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and MS Office
