Warehouse Handler II

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials according to standard operating procedures
• Pick, pack, and issue materials based on production and dispatch requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock records, cycle counts, and physical inventory support
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, FIFO, JIT practices, and material segregation
• Follow EHS, safety, PPE, and 5S standards and report any unsafe conditions immediately

Requirements

• ITI or Diploma qualification, or equivalent warehouse-related experience
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations or stores assistance
• Basic working knowledge of ERP/WMS and Excel systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure in sheet metal, automotive, engineering, FMCG, or logistics environments
• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Hands-on experience with material handling equipment
