Warehouse Handler II

Responsibilities

• Manage new supplier parts receipt and tracking using SAP and WMS systems
• Segregate MRB parts and scrap materials from production and suppliers according to quality guidelines
• Maintain accurate MRB and scrap inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Execute SAP adjustments and post scrap transactions to ensure compliance with disposal processes
• Coordinate scrap disposal with approved vendors and manage necessary documentation like Gate Passes and Disposal Certificates
• Prepare and maintain scrap and MRB reports using MS Excel for Quality and EHS teams
• Support receiving and kitting functions as required
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental compliance during all handling and disposal activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics field
• Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience specifically within an automotive warehouse environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP transactions including GRN, TO, cycle counts, and scrap posting
• Familiarity with Lean practices and inventory accuracy improvement projects
