Warehouse Group Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks as assigned.
• Manage inventory accuracy by maintaining precise system records.
• Ensure strict compliance with all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
• Drive operational excellence by efficiently allocating tasks and monitoring progress via visual management boards to meet KPI and productivity targets.
• Execute additional duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant warehouse experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in team management or frontline leadership.
• DSE or a Diploma in Logistics.
• Proficiency with handheld devices and warehouse systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
