Warehouse General Laborer

Responsibilities

• Perform material inventory management, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving functions
• Pick, stage, and load orders for outbound shipments while ensuring products are protected from damage
• Receive raw materials and organize pallets efficiently
• Operate forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain housekeeping standards to keep the facility clean and free of dust and debris
• Document lot numbers accurately for each product and bag
• Report all injuries, near misses, or equipment damage in a timely manner

Requirements

• Reading and writing skills sufficient to complete various documents and reports
• Experience or ability to safely operate a forklift to arrange products
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs and repetitively lift 50 lb bags
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated history of safe work behavior and commitment to following safety policies
