Warehouse & Freight/Logistics Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations across ZF and 3PL facilities in compliance with local regulations and HSE requirements
• Identify operational risks within logistics processes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement
• Lead and guide the warehouse team, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to operational standards
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts to ensure accuracy
• Support logistics tenders by defining requirements and tracking KPIs
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to monitor workflows, generate reports, and enhance process efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Proficiency in English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics Management (preferably in the automotive sector)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, freight logistics, and customs processes
• Advanced competence in MS Office applications and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Demonstrated excellence in organization, problem-solving, and advanced analytics
• Valid driving license
