Warehouse Fleet Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor preventative maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate vehicle replacement cycles and provide recommendations based on cost and performance data
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Analyze fleet performance metrics including fuel usage, maintenance costs, utilization rates, and downtime
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational trends
• Audit fleet invoices to ensure billing accuracy and partner with finance teams for budgeting
• Assist in RFP processes and vendor performance evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Track accident, claims, and safety performance metrics while supporting telematics system analysis

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or operations/financial analysis
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite
• Experience with Fleetwise and Dossier
• Valid Florida State Driver's License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, work at heights, and handle prolonged sitting or walking
