Warehouse, Fleet & Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Manage fleet administration, maintenance schedules, vehicle inspections, and compliance
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and conduct risk assessments
• Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse team members through training and coaching
• Prepare operational reports and monitor warehouse KPIs and performance metrics
• Manage supplier invoices and quotations accurately

Requirements

• Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or Procurement
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience managing teams and improving operational performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Infraspeak or similar systems
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, reporting, fleet, and warehouse management
• Valid Driver's License

• Experience in QSR, FMCG, Retail, or Distribution environments
