Warehouse & Equipment Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage company equipment purchases, sales, inventory, and maintenance programs
• Supervise warehouse personnel, including laborers and mechanics
• Oversee warehouse maintenance, upkeep, and safety
• Project future equipment needs and manage the company vehicle fleet
• Maintain detailed logs of equipment location and usage
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and repairs
• Develop and document equipment management policies and procedures
• Implement equipment check-out/return processes and QR code tagging
• Conduct periodic physical inventory audits to document missing or damaged items

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Valid driver's license with no major violations
• Working knowledge of construction equipment
• Basic mechanical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the construction industry
