Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and control general and cyclic warehouse inventories.
• Supervise the reception, storage, dispatch, and preservation of products.
• Verify correct recording of all entries and exits within the ERP system.
• Oversee the dispatch and loading processes for transport units.
• Manage assigned personnel, including shifts, permissions, vacations, and discipline.
• Coordinate with external logistics providers and suppliers to ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Propose and implement improvements to operational processes and procedures.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for forklifts and other logistical equipment.
• Assign tasks to operational staff using the WMS system.
• Implement and monitor the 5S system and departmental operational KPIs.
• Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (desirable), Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution areas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory roles.
• Proficiency in SAP (specifically MM, SD, and WMS modules).
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office, with Excel being indispensable.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Safety and Emergency Plans.
• Experience in logistics management, including reception, storage, and dispatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
