Warehouse Distribution Center Associate

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments, count products, and compare items to manifests to ensure accuracy.
• Pick orders accurately by ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and record keeping.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are free of damage and report quality variances.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area in compliance with safety programs.
• Meet productivity standards and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and solve operational problems that arise during daily warehouse activities.

Requirements

• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire duration of a shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds using mechanical aids.
• Physical capability to repeatedly bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach using ladders.
• Basic math skills for identifying product quantities.
• Ability to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Proficiency in operating computers and RF scanning equipment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse work experience.
• Previous experience using RF scanning equipment.
