Warehouse Distribution Center Associate

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments, count products, and compare items to manifests to ensure accuracy.
• Pick orders accurately by ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected.
• Replenish stock and move products to appropriate storage locations.
• Maintain quality control by inspecting shipments for damage and reporting variances.
• Perform inventory tasks including proper stock rotation and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area in compliance with company safety programs.
• Meet productivity standards and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds using mechanical aids.
• Physical capability to bend, twist, squat, climb ladders, and reach.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to operate a computer and RF scanning equipment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse work experience.
• Previous experience using RF scanning equipment.
