Warehouse Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the warehouse team
• Manage personnel planning, daily operations, and employee development
• Ensure smooth processes from goods receipt to goods issue
• Guarantee timely and complete delivery for gastronomy customers
• Maintain high quality and occupational safety standards (e.g., HACCP)
• Optimize and develop warehouse processes based on customer needs

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in trade or logistics (e.g., Wholesale, Retail, or Logistics Specialist)
• Mandatory experience in a comparable warehouse and logistics position
• Proven leadership experience (e.g., Team Leader, Shift Leader, or Coordinator)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work in a three-shift system
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
