Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse activities including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
• Triage and fulfill manufacturing floor requests to support production needs with urgency.
• Receive, inspect, and return unconsumed components while updating system records and reconciling inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate transactions and data integrity within SAP.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics and manage offsite storage, including transport and space utilization.
• Generate backorder and order-aging reports to assist with workload planning.
• Maintain 5S standards and support safety audits and reporting.
• Provide hands-on support for picking, kitting, put-away, and shipping/receiving.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 5 years of relevant warehouse/logistics operations experience, OR an Associate degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience working with SAP, FedEx, AES, and Veeva Vault.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the day.
