Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in the receiving, storage, movement, and shipping of raw materials, bulk products, and finished goods.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP requirements and established standard operating procedures.
• Organize and execute loading and unloading activities while ensuring proper material traceability.
• Operate high-reach warehouse equipment, including forklifts, while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain precise documentation within SAP, WMS, and other electronic systems.
• Support sampling preparation and maintain effective communication with internal departments.
• Participate in audits, self-inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives regarding quality and safety.

Requirements

• Secondary education.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (three shifts).

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid forklift or reach truck operator certification.
• Previous experience using SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
