Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving by inspecting inbound shipments, verifying part numbers, and processing POs in the ERP system
• Utilize Kanban systems for inventory replenishment and material tracking
• Handle hazardous materials according to special storage requirements
• Monitor and replenish stock pull locations in R&D, production, and assembly areas
• Package outbound LTL or parcel shipments and comply with Dangerous Goods regulations
• Schedule carriers and assist with loading/offloading shipments
• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain a clean receiving dock

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in material handling or logistics
• Experience in inventory planning and storage for manufacturing
• Ability to read and understand Work Instructions and SOPs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work on-site in Louisville, Colorado

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hazmat or regulated shipping
• IATA/49-CFR certification
• Experience operating heavy material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
