Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks and verify documentation accuracy
• Pack materials for shipment using FedEx/UPS systems
• Maintain compliance for shipping, receiving, and storage of hazardous goods
• Perform cycle counts, temperature monitoring, and ERP transactions
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and warehouse equipment
• Drive company trucks to move materials between facilities under correct temperature conditions
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck data logs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or technical office experience
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Ability to obtain Hazardous Materials certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to use enterprise systems such as D365, Veeva, or Trackwise
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in extremely cold environments (–65°C to –85°C)
• Ability to obtain a For-Hire license within 45 days of start date
