Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Partner with the warehouse management team to schedule and execute warehouse activities
• Monitor shipping cockpit and dock activities to ensure transaction accuracy
• Perform warehouse team lead duties, including assigning work and reporting
• Manage wave release processes for product picking to ensure just-in-time efficiency
• Create and release Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) to move products between locations
• Coordinate product put-away and replenishment tasks to maintain adequate stock
• Support inventory control by investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Work professionally within a team environment to meet operational needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of experience in a lead warehouse, logistics, or distribution role
• Advanced computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret inventory reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year degree in supply chain management or inventory control management
• Proficiency with SAP
