Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse inventory activities, including inbound receiving and internal processes
• Partner with materials and finished goods teams to ensure effective scheduling and execution
• Monitor inbound receiving activities and transactions to ensure accuracy
• Create and release waves and manage tasks for product picking and shipment
• Reconcile and correct variances in raw material, bulk commodity, or finished goods inventories
• Perform physical inventory counts and manage systematic consumption of chemicals
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate the flow of materials between the facility and off-site warehouses

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a lead warehouse, logistics, or distribution center role
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with specialized inventory control software (SAP experience is a plus)
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret inventory reports and customer orders
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds independently

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year degree in supply chain management or inventory control management
