Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate shipping cockpit and dock activities to ensure accuracy in physical warehouse transactions and scheduling
• Partner with the warehouse management team to ensure activities are effectively scheduled and executed
• Perform warehouse team lead responsibilities, including coordinating, assigning work, reporting, and follow-up
• Manage the wave release process to maintain just-in-time efficiency without workflow interruptions
• Investigate product shortages and rewave shipments as necessary

Requirements

• Two years of experience in a lead warehouse role within a logistics, transportation, or distribution center environment
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software
• Knowledge of inventory location managed warehousing operations
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
