Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with company procedures
• Perform warehouse activities including sorting, stacking, picking, packing, and issuing of products
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of stock movements
• Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliations
• Coordinate import and export activities to ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist in distribution planning and execution to meet delivery timelines
• Identify delivery issues and propose solutions to improve transport efficiency
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company Quality standards and Health & Safety policies

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Good understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and distribution operations
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and key issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic warehouse systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a distribution center or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with import/export processes and documentation
• Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
