Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the warehouse management team by driving assignments and priorities via dashboard management
• Act as a liaison for internal customers and sales representatives regarding orders and shipments
• Manage and resolve Jira tickets related to shipping issues, receiving discrepancies, and order corrections
• Monitor and expedite orders to ensure on-time performance and customer delivery commitments
• Coordinate with the receiving team to ensure efficient material receipt and prompt inventory storage
• Manage correspondence with outside 3PL warehouse partners
• Research and resolve past SLA Jira tickets through coordination with internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for telephone and email correspondence
• Proven ability to handle problem resolution and set warehouse priorities
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to learn proprietary computer functions and systems
