About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory including cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 guidelines
- Prepare and package finished goods for distribution with proper documentation
- Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and maintain 6S standards
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and track transportation
- Manage internal logistics and movement of goods using Kanban
- Act as an ERP (D365) key user for warehouse operations
Requirements
- 2-3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience
- Experience in an ISO 13485 regulated industry
- Experience using an ERP or WMS (D365, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Ability to pass a vehicle background check to drive company truck
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
- Understanding of domestic and international shipping requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Biology, or Chemistry
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
- Certified Purchasing professional (CPP), CPM, or APICS Certification
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
