Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the safe receiving, processing, staging, and dispatching of construction materials and equipment
• Maintain highly accurate digital and physical inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent shortages
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload heavy freight
• Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement teams to track incoming shipments and schedule outgoing deliveries to active construction sites
• Enforce strict warehouse safety standards to ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in warehouse or inventory roles, preferably handling construction materials or heavy engineering parts
• Active forklift certification and experience operating standard warehouse machinery
• Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment
