Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all inbound and outbound finished goods transportation scheduling
• Manage warehouse inventory by coordinating product movement from production to shipping
• Utilize SAP, Log Pro, BPCS, and WMS to schedule and report tasks
• Perform KPI analysis and ensure compliance with continuous improvement standards
• Reconcile WMS and BPCS inventory systems to validate actual counts
• Conduct visual quality inspections of products in the warehouse
• Manage cycle counting programs and periodic inventory audits
• Research and communicate loading errors (OS&D) to transportation and warehouse teams
• Support procurement services with lab samples and product sorting

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/sit for a full shift
