Warehouse Coordinator

Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We co-design chips, racks, software, and manufacturing to deliver best-in-class throughput and latency across both prefill and decode workloads. Our first products are heavily focused on inference.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments including components, assemblies, and tools
• Verify quantities and documentation against purchase orders and packing lists
• Maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite and internal spreadsheets
• Organize storage areas to ensure efficient retrieval and clear part identification
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation efforts
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized lab and warehouse spaces
• Ensure compliance with safety and handling requirements for sensitive components (ESD, fragile, high-value)
• Stage materials for engineering builds and test activities
• Coordinate material movement between lab spaces, warehouse, and manufacturing partners
• Manage RMA shipments and outbound logistics

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory control
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory tracking systems such as NetSuite or SAP
• High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
• Strong communication skills for coordination with Engineering and Operations teams
• Ability to work in a physical environment, including lifting up to 25 lbs
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets
• Prior lab or warehouse experience in a semiconductor or hardware environment preferred
• Familiarity with startup operations or fast-paced R&D cycles preferred
