Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse layouts, material reception, and inventory control
• Oversee the handling of truck and tractor-trailer spare parts
• Supervise warehouse personnel and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards
• Coordinate logistics, including shipping, receiving, and customer service
• Manage invoicing and documentation processes
• Maintain organized warehouse operations to optimize efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technical certification in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Degree required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Proven knowledge of warehouse layouts and inventory management
• Experience handling truck spare parts
• Knowledge of forklift operation
• Proficiency in Office/GSuite (spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
• English language proficiency
• Availability for a flexible schedule and ability to travel
