Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure the timely fulfillment of picking, receiving, and shipping programs for customers.
• Manage warehouse personnel, including overseeing shift transitions and staff training.
• Maintain strict inventory control and ensure products are prepared for timely dispatch.
• Implement and monitor operational processes to optimize warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Logistics, Food Science, or a related field.
• Must possess a professional degree and license (Título y Cédula).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Warehouse Manager or Operations Lead role.
• Proven expertise in inventory control and personnel management.
• Availability for a flexible schedule and ability to travel.
