Warehouse Coordinator 2 (Receiving Data)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and transaction processing for Receiving and Warehouse operations
• Verify and ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded and completed in a timely manner
• Maintain and organize filing systems for warehouse-related documents and records
• Coordinate with supervisors to monitor and support data entry activities
• Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing deliveries by verifying physical goods against supporting documents
• Review and maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance with company procedures
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) as assigned by supervisors
• Support inventory control and warehouse administration activities

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Business Computer or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, receiving processes, or related areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud system
• Ability to work a shift schedule (4 off 2)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of AI tools and digital technologies to support operational efficiency
• Strong flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
