Warehouse Controller

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, sorting, handling, and dispatching of inventory across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate with the Inventory Controller to maintain accurate stock records and resolve discrepancies.
• Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs for goods receiving, material handling, and stock control.
• Lead periodic physical stock counts and investigations into discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization to improve productivity.
• Track warehouse KPIs, including team productivity, order fulfillment accuracy, and stock loss.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to manage inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Ensure warehouse security and implement measures for loss prevention and safety compliance.
• Train, guide, and review the performance of warehouse team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory control, receiving, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to solve operational issues and manage daily warehouse challenges.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling procedures.
• Driving license and forklift experience are preferred.
