About the Company

Röthlein Logistik GmbH is a nationwide logistics company specializing in procurement, storage, transport, and service. With a focus on spare parts, tires & rims, and e-commerce fulfillment, the company operates a modern central warehouse managing approximately 92,000 items across 24,000 square meters.

Responsibilities

• Control goods flows and the warehouse team
• Monitor logistics processes and overall warehouse quality
• Coordinate processes within the supply chain
• Create reports for management
• Advise, instruct, and train warehouse employees on new requirements and logistics processes
• Further develop quality standards
• Act as a contact person for clients

Requirements

• Degree in logistics or commercial training (e.g., Speditionskaufmann or Meister for warehouse logistics)
• Initial commercial experience in a logistics or freight forwarding environment
• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP / EWM
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (06:00 – 00:00)
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

• Experience in project management
