Warehouse Consolidator

Responsibilities

• Optimize space utilization by strategically rearranging, organizing, and consolidating products or materials
• Manage waste-in/waste-out processes, including the preparation of cardboard and other materials for recycling or disposal
• Ensure inventory accuracy by meticulously verifying, organizing, and scanning materials
• Support the selection and staging of outbound shipments to meet quality and productivity benchmarks
• Adhere to all safety guidelines (OSHA, MSDS) and maintain a clean, orderly work area
• Utilize material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials
• Aggregate orders based on customer, carrier, and shipping date
• Confirm the accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and documentation, ensuring items are correctly packaged and labeled

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• US citizenship
• Proficiency in mathematics equivalent to a high school level
• Proficiency with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems
• Physical capability to lift and maintain a standing position for up to 8 hours daily
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment without temperature regulation
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Experience with SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
