Warehouse Colleague

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics by unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse at all times
• Support sales floor and cash teams by replenishing stock and assisting with product presentation
• Provide fast and friendly customer service, including informing customers of sales and promotions
• Assist with flyer products, pricing changes, and accurate transaction scanning at checkout

Requirements

• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
• Physical mobility, including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying)
• Ability to work independently and follow company guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
