Warehouse Colleague

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics by unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse at all times
• Support sales floor operations by replenishing stock and maintaining product presentation
• Assist the cash team with quick and accurate scanning and payment transactions
• Provide friendly customer service by informing shoppers of sales and promotions
• Handle physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling

Requirements

• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to make decisions regarding shipping and receiving according to company guidelines
• Ability to work independently and seek assistance when required
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and carry merchandise

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
