Warehouse Colleague

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics by unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse at all times
• Support the sales floor and cash teams by assisting customers and replenishing stock
• Ensure product presentation is maintained and assist with pricing changes and flyer products
• Provide efficient and friendly service during customer checkouts, including accurate scanning and payment transactions

Requirements

• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact genuinely with shoppers
• Physical mobility including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying)
• Ability to make decisions regarding shipping and receiving according to company guidelines
• Ability to work independently and seek assistance when required

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
