Warehouse Colleague

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics by unloading, organizing, and retrieving merchandise in the warehouse
• Support sales and checkout teams by providing fast and friendly customer service
• Maintain product presentation on the sales floor and ensure stock is replenished
• Assist with circular products, price changes, and accurate scanning of items during transactions
• Follow all safety practices and guidelines while working in the warehouse environment

Requirements

• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact authentically with clients
• Physical stamina to handle tasks including walking, standing, climbing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of retail experience preferred
