Warehouse Colleague

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics including unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse at all times
• Support sales floor and cash teams as needed to ensure smooth store operations
• Provide fast and friendly customer service, including informing customers of sales and promotions
• Maintain product presentation on the floor and assist with replenishment and pricing changes
• Ensure accurate scanning of items and efficient payment transactions during checkout

Requirements

• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and company guidelines
• Ability to work independently and seek assistance when required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of retail experience preferred
• Ability to handle physical demands including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling
