Warehouse Colleague

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics by unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the backroom
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Support sales floor and cash teams as needed to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain product presentation on the floor and assist with replenishment
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks in accordance with company guidelines
• Assist with flyer products, pricing changes, and accurate transaction scanning

Requirements

• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
• Ability to work independently and follow safe work practices
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of retail experience preferred
• Ability to meet physical demands including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling
