About the role
Responsibilities
- Unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom
- Ensure store logistics are up to date
- Support sales floor and cash teams as needed
- Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse
- Assist with stock replenishment, flyer products, and pricing changes
- Provide customer service and assist with transactions at checkout
Requirements
- Ability to operate pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- First Class Customer Service Skills
- Ability to make shipping and receiving decisions
- Comfortable working independently
- 1+ year of retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands including walking, standing, climbing, and lifting
