Warehouse Colleague

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics by unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse at all times
• Support the sales floor and cash teams as needed to ensure excellent customer service
• Assist with product replenishment, flyer products, and pricing changes
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers, including accurate scanning and payment transactions
• Maintain high standards of product presentation on the sales floor

Requirements

• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to make decisions regarding shipping and receiving in line with company guidelines
• Ability to work independently and seek assistance when required
• Physical ability to handle manual material handling, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
