Warehouse Colleague

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics by unloading, organizing, and retrieving merchandise in the warehouse
• Support sales and checkout teams by assisting customers and maintaining product presentation
• Ensure stock is replenished and assist with circular products and price changes
• Provide fast and friendly customer service, informing shoppers of new sales and promotions
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all warehouse safety practices
• Perform accurate scanning of items and handle payment transactions at the checkout

Requirements

• Ability to use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Physical mobility, including the ability to walk, stand, climb, and bend
• Manual material handling capabilities, such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and transporting goods
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
