Warehouse Colleague

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics by unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain safety standards by following all safe work practices in the warehouse
• Support the sales floor and cash teams by assisting with customer service and transactions
• Ensure product presentation is maintained and stock is replenished on the floor
• Assist with flyer products, pricing changes, and accurate scanning of items during checkout

Requirements

• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills and ability to provide friendly service
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and company guidelines
• Ability to work independently and seek assistance when required
• Physical ability to handle manual material handling, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
