Warehouse Colleague

Responsibilities

• Manage store logistics by unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the backroom
• Maintain safe work practices in the warehouse at all times
• Support the sales floor and cash teams by assisting customers and replenishing stock
• Ensure high standards of product presentation and maintain accurate pricing/flyer updates
• Provide efficient and friendly customer service during checkout and on the sales floor

Requirements

• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Strong customer service skills and ability to make informed decisions regarding shipping and receiving
• Physical mobility, including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling)
• Ability to work independently and seek assistance when required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience
